I love love love this pot… I’ve used it numerous times and it’s amazing. My absolute favorite thing is that you can store food in it as well so I can make one pan meals inside and then store and reheat.. never have to take it out until it’s gone. I also love that the lid can be used as well, I normally cook my meats in a separate small pan so this is perfect. Definitely the best pot/pan I’ve ever had and I am now ordering in another color.

I’ve used this a few times now and made the best braised short rips. Great for making breads and soups. I love that the lid can be used as a pan as well and it’s easy to clean.

This is an absolutely fantastic double Dutch oven. As soon as I got it, I started using the lid to cook my steaks. I could not like not even using the whole entire thing. I just wanted to start using the lid.The finish on the inside is fantastic. The weight is excellent. Do you know this is a very heavy Dutch oven and it’s heavy for a reason if you don’t want them heavy this is not going to be the Dutch oven for you.Overall, the quality is exceptional. I love the blue. It has a bit of an ombre to it. I have actually used both the top and the bottom in the oven a couple of times works fantastic. I’m still working on getting my starter going so I can bake some sourdough bread so I don’t have any experiences with that however braising ribs, cooking roast doing chickens, making stews and soups. This is a fantastic pot for that you can cook it all inside and then deglaze the pan and you have all the flavor you need for any sauce, soup or stewThis is a 6 quart double Dutch oven and definitely made for doing sourdough upside down as opposed to right side up

I really love my Dutch oven — it cooks evenly, holds heat beautifully, and looks great on the table. It’s perfect for soups, braises, and baking bread. However, one thing I don’t love is the lid design. It doesn’t have a proper handle or knob, which makes it harder (and sometimes awkward) to lift the lid, especially when it’s hot. A simple handle would make a big difference in usability. Still, overall, I’m very happy with it and would recommend it!

I ordered the 9 quart pot. When I opened it up, it was very small. I checked by pouring 4500 mL of water into the pot and it filled it to the brim which is about 4.7 quarts. Then I looked at the box that it came in and the box was labelled 7 quarts. The description, the box, and the actual products do not match. Therefore, I'm returning it unused.
