These 10"x10" L Post Brackets are no joke — thick, heavy, and cleanly finished. I used them to reinforce the corner of a pergola extension I’m adding off the side of the deck, and they gave me the kind of industrial strength I was after without looking like overkill. Pre-drilled holes lined up well, and they fit both 4x4 and 6x6 posts with zero wiggle. Honestly impressed.

10x3 in mending plate. Simple, clean casting without visible defects, nice black coating and screws are included. Only criticism I would make is the holes are not countersunk. It's an easy fix but still. Otherwise it's a simple solid item and will work as intended.

Brackets are large and heavy, and feel very sturdy. The powder coating seems like it should do its job of weather protecting. No defects, and looks great against the wood of our porch. It really adds to the appeal of our home. There are pre-drilled holes and it comes with its own screws. Would recommend.

All the dimensions are accurately described and the quality is almost perfect. The ad didn't say the holes were countersunk and they most certainly are not. That is the reason for the missing star. The screws provided are the type that would accept a countersunk bore perfectly, but the holes are flat and the mating between each piece would be weak. I will used a hex head bolt instead because I am pedantic that way. Other than that, the overall manufacturing is good and the powder coating should perform well,I am happy with my order and I hope this was helpful. ✔️ Thanks!
