Came In a 2 pack, one didn’t work at all. The 2nd one worked here and there but battery case isn’t very secure so batteries slide out of position easy. Also milk would build up in it, and there is no way to clean it.

I like the concept here, but it fails on several levels. The plastic casing feels cheap and the battery cover is not very sturdy causing it to be loose. How the heck do you clean this thing…? My biggest problem is the lack of a backflow valve. When you're done using the dispenser, the liquid remaining in the line flows backwards back into the jug. What happens with this is when you get to the bottom of the jug and there's only a little liquid left, this dispenser will not suction all the liquid out. There will always be a residual amount that requires you to remove the dispenser and pour the remaining amount into your preferred vessel.

Got this to help the grandkids get their own milk. More ended up on the floor than into the cup. They finally figured how to correctly position the cup and tip the spout to get the milk into the cup. It's handy but the batteries didn't last long (they went through a lot of milk) and replacement requires a screwdriver. Would be better to have a slide type closure vs needing screws. Maybe once the novelty wears off, I'll replace the batteries!

Love this battery powered drink pump dispenser. They have made my life a little easier now that my 4y old can easily get her own drink. I would have given 5 ⭐️ but the second day we had them the push lever fell off. It was my fault it broke not the product but it didn’t take much pressure to break the little leg that helps hold the switch in place.

Out of the 2 I got only one worked otherwise I would have put more stars. The one that works is very cool and my elderly mom loves it because she has a hard time lifting the milk jug.

Expected great things but one was broken upon arrival and the other one worked once and started leaking! Not worth it!
