I used three of these runners end to end for a long table at an anniversary dinner party. They made a beautiful foundation for the fall flowers and votive candles.

Yea, a lot of folks repurpose fabrics, and a lightweight, sheer runner in the exact color I've been searching all over for, felt like a perfect opportunity to use it as a decorative scarf. I mean, a made it great for layering! And now, as we move into fall, it's time to use it for the intended purpose and get this thing on my very large dining room table. :)
