This is great for hauling laundry or anything else you need to carry around. I use it in College when I need to bring stuff home or if I’m doing laundry because I need to carry it up and down from the basement it’s very durable and folds perfectly.

There are better choices. After getting it, I opened it up then I tried to collapse this and the struts either broke or came apart. Ended up throwing it away the same day I got it.

I have had a lot of these types of laundry baskets over the last 20+ years - most places I have lived didn’t/don’t allow for storage of large plastic laundry baskets. I store them folded flat in a narrow spot next to my stacked washer/dryer. I have different sized pop up baskets for different laundry situations, and there are plenty of us living here so they all get used. I’m hoping these will be more sturdy than some of the smaller baskets I got about 2 years ago, which were almost never overloaded, but started ripping/deforming too soon. Time will tell on the new ones.My biggest caution on these particular ones so far is that they are tough to fold flat or unfold quickly. I am used to doing that one-handed, or very easily with two hands. These are a deep pyramid shape, and so the corner tucked into one base corner tends to need to be fully pulled out with both hands when unfolding, and vice versa when folding.The folding/unfolding is not a total dealbreaker, especially if these are more durable than other baskets of a similar size. But it is something to be aware of if the folding/unfolding situation is going to be particularly difficult or annoying for you.

Hauling laundry up and down stairs is so much easier with this - I just pop the straps on my shoulder like a tote bag and go.

This works out perfectly for me to carry laundry down stairs. It looked bigger in the advertisement, but I'm glad its not. Even full, it's not heavy or awkward to carry. It seems very well made. Extremely pleased with my purchase.

I love laundry baskets like this because they can be folded and tucked out of the way (I don't twist them all the way, I just fold it flat.) This one is large enough to hold a good sized load, and appears to be great quality. I would definitely buy it again.

I bought this to use as a toy box for my dogs. It took them a few days to get used to it but once they did it works great. I have one short dog so I needed something soft sided.As far as using it for laundry… I wouldn’t weigh it down a whole lot. The handles aren’t going to bear much weight. They’re sewn on to the mesh. Same stitching like the cheap reusable shopping bags that always tear under too much weight. It’s better suited as a dirty clothes catcher than a take to the laundry mat and pack back home loaded kinda thing.
