My son loves to sit in the bath far too long and we tell him to watch the clock and he didn't. We bought these for him and he LOVES to use them for everything now. It's your typical oven timer but in the look of animals so it makes them fun for kids. My son has to read a certain amount of time per day and so he uses that for his reading as well. Zero issues with these timers at all, fun and useful.

I was skeptical on purchasing since many reviews said it was difficult to use or the ding wasn’t loud enough. I also saw that people said to read the instructions, following the instructions seemed to be the key. I guess if you want something simpler, you should find something else but it is literally just one extra step to rotate it left passed 55 and then right to set the timer countdown. Think back to high school, there were those that followed the instructions for opening a combo lock and those that never could reset to zero.

They don't ring when time is up. They do start making odd dinging noises at the 5 and 4 minute mark (keeps ticking until the 0). Its both of them so it isn't a one off problem. Absolute trash.

These are so adorable and extremely easy to use. They aren't terribly loud when they go off, but loud enough to be heard in a noisy room. My only complaint is that the fox one seems to ring 5 minutes before its supposed to. That could be something we did though as they come with setting instructions that my kid didn't feel was necessary to read. Other than that, they work great and are user friendly and super cute!
