These fit - snap - onto any standard size pool net handle. They snap on and off easily and they do their job well. I'm sure my pool cleaner appreciates me using this hook to pull it out of the water by its handle rather than my previous practice of yanking on the cord to pull it out of the water :) The fact that it's a 2-pack makes me wonder if a hook will last all summer long, but if one doesn't, it's a 2-pack, so I'll have another one another one handy.

So, I'll get to that longevity comment later. But first, let's talk about the hooks. They are plastic, and the hook end is actually fairly large, which makes grabbing the handle on my robotic cleaner much easier than the one the manufacturer provided with the unit. And, having pulled the cleaner out of the pool several times I can say it is much easier to grab and handles the weight of a 15-20 pound cleaner plus all the water weight (until it drains after pulling it above the water surface). The hooks snap into my pole just like any pool brush or net attachment. So from a strict performance standpoint this is a five-star item. Now, as to their longevity. My concern stems from the plastic being what to me seems a little thin, and the concern that if I put too much weight pulling the wrong way it might break. To better clarify, if I hook my robot cleaner and pull it out of the pool with the pole / hook in a horizontal orientation, all the weight will pull down in a 90 degree fashion, which I suspect is where it might be vulnerable - that's just a lot of weight to handle in that configuration. However, the easy solution to that is to keep the pole / hook orientation more vertical, so the weight is spread a bit more to the pole and the hook's connection to the pole. I think it is much less likely to fail in that scenario. But for my concern about longevity (real or imagined), the price is more than great -- 2 for less than $10! And, certainly so far the one I've used has performed just like I want, and as I mentioned better than my factory hook. So definitely a lot of good, but tempered with a longer-term concern. Still, for the price I wouldn't hesitate to get these again.
