I ordered two kits and both are missing welch plugs. The pictures include welch plugs and for that alone I'd return, but as other reviews mention the diaphragm is reversed. I'm returning this because it won't work for what I need it for.

The metering diaphram is assembled backwards so it is unuseable.

Kits are incomplete, failing to include Welch plug, and item required for every rebuild/reconditioning. Metering diaphragm is made in reverse of OEM component, requiring the diaphragm to be installed inverted from the OEM design in order to correctly fit the carb body. Metering spring is several millimeters longer than the OEM spring and contains more coils than the OEM spring. Altered spring length significantly alters metering diaphragm performance. I've been rebuilding small engine carburetors for 35 years and this product is assured to cause engine problems if installed in a Walbro HDA carburetor.
