Price was good for a Craftsman Radial Arm Saw.The stated hole diameter of 0.50 inches was off / out of round. I used a 1/2 inch drill bit to clean it out and made it fit.

As others noted this does not fit a ½" shaft. I had to drill it to fit. The metal is much sturdier than the plastic one from and old Craftsman table saw that it was replacing. The allen screw that holds the crank handle on is very large - larger than a standard wrench set would have. I found a flat blade screw driver that fit into the hole well enough to tighten it.

You get what you pay for. Did not fit my shanks on table saw. Cheap plastic.

As expected, it had to be drilled to fit 0.5" shaft which worked perfectly. The set screws are way too long.But it is a solid part at a good price.

I bought this knob for the angle adjustment on my table saw. It seems well built. However, it didn't fit on the shaft for that knob, which measured to be 1/2". After multiple tries sanding the shaft, tapping on it, etc., I decided to try and drill out the hole in the new knob. Sure enough, a 1/2" drill bit cut out a pretty good shaving on the inside. I'd say it was about a half-millimeter shy of 1/2" radius on the knob hole.

I have an older Delta table saw that I'm resurrecting and my crank handle assembly was missing. Since my saw is pretty old the manufacturer has discontinued the part and offers no substitute. I looked hi and low for a compatible assembly to no avail. Then I found this one, I wasn't sure it would work on my saw but figured it's Amazon and I could send it back if it doesn't fit. Make sure your shaft diameter is 1/2" and all should be good! It has a nice solid build quality that reminds me of the good ole days. Looking forward to many years of service from this part.
