Works well. We screwed on to a board and then put Alien tape on the board and attached it to shelf. Works good, sturdy and can be Easley be removed

These are absolutely great. Easy to install. I read other reviews and made sure to screw them in vs just using the tape so they are super sturdy. Good fit and good value.

This helps a lot if you have deep cabinets or low cabinets that require you to lay on the floor to get to the back items. A few things to consider. When installing with the tape option make sure you have it placed where you want it. The tape holds very well. Also check the brackets that the shelf is sitting on. This adds weight plus you might be tempted to put more on it since you can slide it out to get to the back items. I had one shelf bracket pop out. Not the products fault just anFYI.

Easy to install and quite sturdy even when only using adhesive but keep in mind you will lose a couple of inches of space on the sides if you have inside cabinet hinges. That's no reflection on the product just an alert to buyers.
