I have used these anchors to hold a 22 foot boat on sandbars. They hold well but I have had to screw them down quite a bit, otherwise, the boat will be found drifing after a while. By screwing down at least a foot into the sand, they hold well and stand up to waves. I also upgraded the bungee cords and caribiners. Great price for 2 anchors as I use both - one on front, other on back of the boat.

The concept is great but the handle should be more secure. You have to remove the handles and run risk of dropping in water to not find, and then storing all the parts. Who wants to have to get handles out again when you are ready to leave after a day of anchoring. Also the one you use for the back will need a float on it to prevent people knocking into it as it is below water in most cases.
