Our family goes tent camping quite a bit so I thought these self inflating camping mats would come in handy.These each arrived in an individual storage bag as well as one big carrying case for both of them. These mats were green and made of 190T taffeta which makes them very durable and weather resistant. The mat has a manual inflatable pillow which is nice and the mat itself is to be self inflating once you open up the valve but we waited days and neither mat self inflated which is the reason for 2 stars. I don’t know if this is a defect or if these were used and damaged, either way they are basically useless and unusable and as a result I can’t evaluate comfort and function and I am unable to finish the review.I give these mats 4 stars for material and durability material and durability and 1 star for functionality. Hopefully I will have an opportunity to evaluate fully functional, self inflating mats the next time.

I just received these self-inflating sleeping pads this weekend, and overall, they’re a great buy. They’re lightweight, compact, and easy to pack, making them perfect for backpacking. The self-inflation works well and the built-in pillow is a nice bonus. I also like that they connect, which is great for creating a larger sleeping space.The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that they’re not quite as comfortable as I expected. They provide decent support, but I was hoping for a bit more cushioning. That said, they’re still a solid choice for camping, especially if you prioritize portability and convenience.
