The suction cup made a snap sound the first use, now I think they're broken.No other way to put them up.

This is a useful item for anyone who has family members who aren't tall enough to reach the handheld shower head. The wall mount is holding strong & steady on the shower wall so far.

because one of them snapped in half the moment I took it out of the box.they are NOT METAL btw. they're thin, bendy, cheap plastic painted with a fake metal paint. you can tell easily by the sound they make when tapped, but also if you flip them upside down, the underside of the "latch" is unpainted grey plastic.the one that managed to survive though, seems to be working fine enough though I feel misled in thinking they could fully rotate [they cannot] you have about 45 degrees of rotation and if you push it further they snap in half..so it's cheap, ghetto and very easy to break. the shower head also doesnt stay at the angle you position it at inside the holder, which is the entire point of these holders...so the shower sprays..on you...not the wall.a great idea but lousy execution.
