These weights are great because they look very similar to our pool stairs. They come with more straps than you'll probably need which is nice. The straps are strong and these weights aren't going anywhere. They are a great alternative to the weight bags, which I had previously and find a bit tacky. Just wish the price had been a little less pricey, but other than that, I would recommend these.

Easy to use and sit nice in the pool. No stubbing toes or tripping over them and they’re smooth so no damage to the liner

These are easy to fill and can work with stair and some ladders. They did work with my ladder. It is 52" and has a broad base. However,I can't seem to fill it enough to give it necessary weight to prevent shifting. I have a ladder matinside the pool and outside the pool ,and even tried removing those but it still shifts. I filled these with water first, and they partially float. Next I tried sand, and they floated in the water but under the water, like they were suspended halfway. I tried pea gravel next, and thought it was hard as heck to get in there it worked the best. I got it as full as I could and then filled it with water to fill in every last inch of space. I tied that one to the back of the steps on the ladder, with the Velcro straps included. I'm just gonna use the one. It's difficult to fill with that and around here, expensive.Maybe I'll usethin concrete on the other one. They Are very versatile in choices to connect them and are FAR more appealing to the eye than sandbags. I chose them because my son has DS and the sandbags were a hindrance to him climbing the ladder.Thank you for reading my review. Remember this this is MY opinion in MY circumstance. These may be perfect for you in your case, so consider my thoughts but use your own judgement.Reviews are here to help us make informed decisions. The decision is yours. I hope my review has helped you today. Think it over and then decide. What can you do to make it work for you or is another choice a better option. One more thought on these, These are nice and no scratches, scrapes or bumps for swimmers.

These ladder weights are exactly what i never thought id need! They arent big in height, id say they are about 2 and half ft tall, so you can use them on any ladder. In or out of the pool. The functionality of these help stabilize the wobbly, drifting or lifting pool ladder by filling them with sand or water and attaching them to the pool ladder. They come assembled, you would just have to fill and attach to whichever ladder you want to weigh down with the bands provided. The hole to add the sand is not a big size so you definitely want to get a funnel to help fill so you dont lose alot of sand. Once filled and installed you can get in and out of the pool with confidence your not going to fall or lose your balance. You can easily clean the weights by wiping off with a rag, sponge, or brush.

These are very lightweight empty, but hold about 25 pounds of sand each. They attach easily to the side of the pool steps, offering greater stability and less chance of the steps shifting out of place. They look great and are easy to use. The only thing that should be changed is the opening in which the sand is placed… the opening is very small… making it hard to put the sand in them.

Great pool stairs weight to keep them from floating up. Sturdy, easy to attach (zip ties worked best for me), and great value.
