Very nice quality underpants. I'm disappointed that the large size I ordered for my mom is probably a small. She wears a size 7 or 8 but the large I ordered are very tight.They are so nice I'm going to try the XL. I suspect they may just fit allowing no room for shrinkage with washing. We'll see. Crossing my fingers.

With its leakage-proof design, reusable inserts it provides effective protection and peace of mind for users experiencing incontinence-related challenges. The material is very soft to the touchI'm not so sure about the 'insert'...there were no instructions and there are no snaps to attach it directly to the underpants. I believe I correctly installed it by wrapping the side flaps around the crotch area and snapping them together. It seems very 'bulky' to me having them snapped at your crotch area...not sure how comfy that would be...Maybe would be better off not using the extra liner.Fabric did have a bad chemical smell upon removing from package so be sure to launder them before use.
