this thing is so confusing in how to use it and it also very slow reacting, it's not immediate. in coparison i have the philips hue motion which is insanely fast

Such a helpful device that has helped make my home smarter and energy efficient. I decided to hook this up to the lamp in my kitchen as I tend to forget to turn that light off all the time, but now I don't need to worry as the motion sensor picks up my movement accurately and quickly, allowing me to not ever have to worry about turning off the light which in return saves on energy.Setting it up was simple, and both the infrared sensor and plug came already paired, and opening up the sensor was very easy, which makes changing the battery a simple process when that time comes. Setting up the turn-off time was also easy, and the timer options are great, allowing me to set it from 30s to 1 hour, which I ended up setting to 10 minutes since I am in and out of the kitchen a lot of the time. I was also able to adjust the sensing range so that it's accurate to when I enter the kitchen; there are 3 sensing ranges, allowing for better customization to the area in which I'll have this plugged in, which makes this great for any area of the house.Overall, a well-made motion sensor with the perfect amount of settings, allowing for use anywhere in the house.

so far it works as advertised. but heres an interesting issue, i installed and my wife saw the round sensor right away and thought i was spying on here with a camera lol. i hadnt even thought about that- but now i do - and sure one could just assume its a cam of some type-- so in compromise i put it in a fully hidden location inside the light fixture which hinders its function somewhat but keeps the wife happier lol. if i bought another one i would look for one with a sensor that looks more like a standard motion sensor and not a camera.

This motion detector is very easy to install and get setup. I didn’t throughly think through what I would use this for but when I got it I immediately wanted to test it out so I tried it with my front hall. The detector piece was easy to install. My biggest issue was opening the detector piece to remove the tab to allow the battery full connection. Once I got that done it was easy to adjust the time for the time delay and the sensitivity. The detector is very sensitive based on my settings and it worked very well. The plug was easy to pair with the detector and allowed me to make a floor lamp in my living room turn on with the presence of motion in the front hall. It worked very well! Once I figured out how everything worked I moved the plug to my front porch and the detector to a spot near my front driveway that allows me to turn ona string of patio lights when people arrive at the house. It works beautifully and Im very pleased wih this easy to install and use motion detector.

I like this motion sensor activated smart plug a lot for when you want lighting when you want it without the hassle of scheduling in an app or using a wall switch or remote. It’s particularly handy in an unfinished basement or large garage with low light corners.The motion sensor ball can be wall mount via the adhesive backing or by using the screws provided. It has a good field of range to pick up motion although there’s some delay in the light turning on. The plug and light sensor can’t be too far apart. Of note, the smart plug has is not ETL-listed.Unlike most motion sensor lights/devices I’ve tried, this one has a much longer period where it can remain activated once motion has been detected – all the way up to one hour! Most are too short, ranging from seconds to 2 – 5 minutes.

Works great, I installed this in my bathroom and works great, however I have clear glass shower doors and it will not detect motion if your behind clear glass so you will need to take into consideration the mounting of the sensor to be able to detect behind the shower door and in front of the door.

I picked up this wireless motion sensor outlet to automate the lights in my garage, and honestly, I wish I had done it sooner. This little device makes such a big difference in everyday convenience—and setup was ridiculously easy.It’s truly plug-n-play. I plugged my shop light into the outlet, mounted the motion sensor in a good spot, and that was it! No tools, no wiring. The sensor picks up movement right as I walk in, and it turns off automatically after a set time (you can adjust the timer depending on how long you want it to stay on).I’ve also tested it in the laundry room and bathroom, and it works great there too. I love not having to fumble for a light switch with full hands or worry about forgetting to turn things off. I needed something to turn on the plug-in overhead fluorescent lights in my garage and this fits the bill perfectly. The detection cone is big enough so any movement in the garage will be caught and the light will stay on. The setting to keep the light on for a certain length until movement stops is nice -- the light doesn't have to stay on "just because."Being able to set it so it comes on only at night (when it's dark in the room) is a huge plus. It won't come on when the room it fully lit.Set up and installation was a breeze. No issues at all. It seems a little expensive for its use, but if your use case is right, this works perfectly.

I'm so impressed with this motion sensor, I bought one for my father-in-law! I used it to create a clever garage door security system. By plugging my garage door opener into this sensor, it only receives power when I enter the garage from inside the house. This eliminates any risk of unauthorized remote access. The sensor is conveniently placed by the interior garage door, powering the opener as soon as I open the interior door to the garage. I can then hit the door opener and it functions as though it was always on. Plus, the removable sensor 'eye' adds an extra layer of security when I'm away – I can hide it to prevent anyone from powering the opener. The design is brilliant, with intuitive touch controls for sensitivity and a long-lasting battery. My father-in-law, who also prioritizes security, loves his too! Neither he or I use our remote garage door openers because our garages are filled with tools and stuff rather than a place to park.I have bought two of these, each branded differently but both identical. My guess is the same manufacturer but different marketing and labeling.
