My knees are typically ok but there are times when they ache. Moving to a warm humid climate helped fix most of that problem however I lift weights and I tend to go heavy on legs so my knees require a little extra support. These are NOT that level of support - if you are thinking of buying these for exercise it should be for low impact or maybe running and repetitive aerobic type workouts. These are not meant for any kind of weight lifting. The package says 'wash before use' which is a little bit of a red flag since they are supposedly copper threaded but I am going to wash them despite having used them once to see how they feel. How they feel is itchy and I should have washed them first BUT they are flexible so again...likely good for light support around the house, aerobic or cardio type workouts. DO NOT buy these and try to squat, hack squat, dead lift, leg curl, etc...get a good solid pair of supporting braces for that kind of activity. These are extremely inexpensive so I have concerns about their longevity but at $14 for 2 pairs not much of a concern. I rated these for what they are - inexpensive supportive braces for light duty use. Not a bad buy if thats your intent.

This was supposed to be a medium! Then why was I keep pulling it up? I was on the border of a med and a large, so I figure go with the medium to have a snugger fit. That was not the case here. It felt like a large, considering the fact that I was pulling it up all day long! From it keep sliding down it irritated the back of my knee. So, when I got home, I put the sturdier knee brace I already have. I want this item to help keep the swelling on my knee and give that little extra support. Another thing that is kinda a surprise, there was no tag or print tell the size of the support/brace. I had to guess really which way was the top and the bottom. It does not trim down all that much, so a hard look had to go into determine the right ends!So in other words, buy at your own risk. They fit way larger than expected in my opinion. I looked at the sizing guide and measured multiple times before ordering too.

The knee brace is an average brace. Nothing fancy and not a lot of special features. Not overly contoured to the knee and no grippy material to keep it in place. They are thick and comfortable while standing with a fair amount of support. Sitting with the knee bent they can bunch up a bit. I can see using them for casual walking but not for a high athletic activity.

Exercised too much for my lazy bum and ended up doing something weird to my knee related to my hamstring and calf muscles. Over-done leg day. Oops.I already had 1 knee compression sleeve from the local drug store, but this is a longer recovery so I went on Amazon to find more. These shipped next day to me. (Awesome! Almost as fast as going to a store without having to go out my door!)Now I can alternate between these 2 and my older one without having to worry about having a stinky sweaty one on. Wash one, wear one. Get it?As for the compression sleeves, they're compression sleeves. They work. Nothing fancy. Nothing spectacular. In my case, it's not relieving a ton of pain. But that's mostly because it's probably the wrong tool for that job. They're not quite as compressing as my older one. But that's not the worst thing in the world as my old one would leave noticeable squeeze lines on my leg. In that sense, these are more comfortable. A tradeoff of how much you want to be squeezed vs how it feels to be squeezed more.At $15 (full disclosure: free via Vine), these are really cheap for 4 (2 pairs) whereas I paid about $15 for 1 from my local drug store (CVS). As I got these with 1 day shipping, I would say it's worth the short wait for me since I already had one on hand to use. You can always get these in advance so you have them on hand; it's not like they go bad or expire.

I'm healing from a meniscus tear and only need light support every few days. Compression sleeves are perfect for this. I've tried many different varieties by now.I like that there are four in the package. Even if they don't need to be washed, it's helpful to let them rest in between uses. These fit well. I think I would have sized down to get more compression, even though I was in the correct range by the size chart. It is sufficient, and they were very easy to slide on because they have good stretch. These feel good. They're soft. They do not bind or slip on me. These are thicker than most. I think this helps the comfort and compression, but if you live in hot climate, these feel like wearing thick socks: breathable, but noticeably warm. They are comfortable for all day wear. I don't know if the copper does anything, but it's not noticeable. They are black and golden color, and they look attractive. They fit like a thick sock under pants, though, so they work even under skinny legged pants. These are basic, but effective and comfortable compression sleeves for sore knees.

The compression knee sleeves comes with two pairs and at less than 15 bucks it cost less than some of my compression socks. The compression sleeve bunches around the back of my knee and I couldn't tell if there is a topside or bottom side as the sleeve seems to be sized the same for both the calf and thigh. I wear knee braces for my one knee that has all the ligaments torn and I need more support than this compression sleeve can offer. If you are looking for a reasonably priced compression sleeve this works for a compression sleeve if you're looking for a knee brace that can support your knee then this sleeve is not for you. I can't fault the compression sleeve as it works for that but my review is based on my experience and my impression. For the price the sleeve is not bad but I do have to mention it does bunch behind the knees when you sit or do stuff where your knees are bent a lot.

Despite using the size chart, this is too big. It crumples up behind the knee and doesn't really provide enough support. Not very impressed with this.
