My JBLs in my Tundra blew out so I replaced then with Pioneer Speakers. This connected to the factory plugs and hooked up to the new ones without any splicing.

A good quality product. Definitely needed for DYI speaker install. However, Crutchfield will usually give you these when buying from them.

*I really only bought this product to switch out speakers but be warned that if you do not have infinity audio in your endeavor, should have a badge or located behind the front right fender well. can be accessed from the inside or see if you have a sub behind the speaker grill in the trunk, you are only getting 15w and 4ohms to your speakers. the amp for endeavors without infinity audio is built into the radio.*Overall I just tested my wally world speakers with a wire and jammed the other end of the wire into the red end of the metra adapter and they worked. I believe that this product can be good but can not give a review for long term.

I somehow grabbed these thinking they were the right connector for my new car speakers. However, they still ended up being useful. The quick connects for the speaker brackets made installation a breeze, I just ended up splicing the factory connectors on to these. The color coordinated wires made sure that I didn't have any issue determining + or - connections. Found out that I couldn't use quick connects on the back door speakers anyway as they were directly wired to a proprietary harness so I just adapted the backs of these to make a direct line for easy swapping if I decide to upgrade to better speakers down the line as I now have the ability to quick connect all 4 without any wiring changes.A stupid mistake still ended up being a great purchase...lolBut seriously, just double check your connection before jumping all in on a purchase. I ended up with a 3 hour speaker swap job that honestly should have only been 20 minutes.

These fit my 2012 Subaru Impreza.So simple and nice. The last car I upgraded the speakers I physically had to wire to wire and this time I didn't want to spend 4 hours in my car doing ridiculous work.Googled some- was told by TWO car audio stores that there "is no other way to upgrade my speakers, that'd i'd HAVE to use an eye and attach the wires or did what I previously did."I was not having it. Ordered these, for the 4 speakers I upgraded- $13 is WAY worth the price. Snapped right in, sounds great, and i don't have to worry if I wired positive to negative. (i'm a novice. this is a god send.)
