This is being used in a toddler music classroom to post some classroom reminders. I like that it is easy to wipe the chalk markers off--a wet wipe makes quick work of them--and to change them so the reminders don't get stale and people don't stop looking at them. The item is basically a set of two large chalkboard stickers that can be cut to other sizes/shapes if you wish or can be used as is. Ours is in one long strip on a closet door with the reminders on the top portion and simple drawings that the kiddos will like lower, where it doesn't matter if they smear them and they are easy to change. There were no instructions but it's pretty self-explanatory--just make sure the surface is clean and dry, peel off part of the backing and attach an edge of the sticker where you want it and then carefully peel and smooth the rest of the chalkboard sticker. The sticker went up easily and is thick enough that it doesn't buckle or get as many air bubbles in it as thinner shelf liner or similar products are prone to doing. I did try removing a piece for science and it did come off without leaving a mess behind. The edges of the finished piece are straight and smooth, and the size is just a shade under what the package claims, not enough to be a problem unless precise dimensions are necessary. The magnets don't stick spectacularly but they do work--the main thing about this is a chalkboard, and it's perfect for that. The kids enjoy it and the grownups see what I want them to see.

Hey writers, I just wanted to provide a quick update on the Magnetic Chalkboard Contact Paper, Self Adhesive, 79 Magnet Letter, Liquid-Free, Drawing Cloth Kit for all ages. I ordered this item a couple of months ago. I like to wait a little while before writing reviews to ensure the product holds up—and overall, this 2-pack of 47.2" x 18" Magnetic Chalkboard Contact Paper has done a decent job. It’s easy to peel on and peel off without damaging surfaces, and I had no issues applying it to my refrigerator. The magnetic backing is strong and scratch-free, which I appreciated.The magnetic letters included are fun—my son enjoys using them to spell out words and family names. That said, the letters, numbers, and symbols are very lightweight, and they don’t always stick well unless you handle them gently.The liquid-free chalk markers come in a bright and colorful 12-pack, but I noticed some of the neon colors started fading after a while. Also, the marker holder only fits 8 out of the 12 pens, no matter how much you try to squeeze them in which seems like a design oversight. The drying cloth they provide doesn’t erase the markers cleanly. It tends to smear the chalk ink, so I found myself wiping multiple times to fully clean the surface. I now use a magic eraser instead, which works much better.Despite a few issues, this is still a nice magnetic blackboard for kids and families. If you're looking for a reusable writing surface for educational or creative play, this will do the job with some workarounds. I’d recommend it but with managed expectations.

This magnet board is really great if you have kids or if you're like me and will forget anything not written down and in your face. This comes in a long roll that you can cut sections out of so you can have the size you need/want. I have one section by my fridge in the kitchen which is helpful for quickly adding stuff to a shopping list as I run out of stuff. Another, longer, section is laid horizontally along the wall that my kiddo can draw on. I recommend adding a border around it just in case they get to close to the edges. The chalk markers it comes with do wipe off the wall but not easily. It also comes with a handy magnetic pen holder and a cleaning cloth (must dampen the cloth for it to clean effectively).However, the board itself is very easy to clean, I prefer to use a couple wet wipes and it looks brand new again. It sticks very well to the wall and I was able to readjust it a few times without it losing the stickiness. There were also no damages/paint that came off when I did peel it off. This is great for kids to have fun with, especially if you have one that likes drawing on walls.

This is two chalkboard like contact paper panels. Measurements are just a bit smaller than what's listed but not a huge difference. No instructions included but not really needed; self adhesive will stick to just about any flat, clean dry surface. Haven't had any issues with it peeling off, even in a room with higher humidity. Also includes magnetic letters/numbers/symbols, caulk markers, an "eraser" and pen holder. Magnets aren't the strongest when used on the contact paper but will stay up; they will not hold anything and the holder meant for the pens won't hold the pens weight. All the colors for magnets and chalk are super bright, very visible. Cleans up easy with the included eraser but there's some chalk left over unless you use a bit of water.

If I could give this 100 stars, I so would!! My grandson loves this!! We took it outta the box, cleaned the bedroom door off really goo,d and applied the chalkboard! Very simple!! made sure there were no bubbles and put the chalk holder on the board. it stuck nicely, added the chalk it stayed put didn't slide down like I thought it would. Its a blackboard, so some of the colors are not going to pop like others would- no problem! I know this as a grown-up, he doesn't as a 3-year-old. He had a blast drawing on this board. We added the A B C's, perfect! This is the best thing I could have ordered!! I told my sister, niece and mom all to get one for these kids to enjoy! Id do my whole wall in chalkboard if I could! This is great!
