These chairs serve dual purposes. We have a bench that is uncomfortable to sit on so we utilize this chair in that space and it works great ! We also need to use it on our bed to sit long term, and while it's comfortable, it's a bit unstable. More than likely due to the bed being soft.They fold fairly compact, so it's easy to store when not in use.
