I love this latch. Perfect size. beautiful appearance. However, it is much darker than is shown on the Amazon page. It absolutely disappears when put on either the black chest for which I purchased it or on a dark brown piece of furniture. IF it is available in a lighter/brighter bronze finish, I want to reorder it together with the hinges. Appears easy to install, but I can't rate that because I didn't install it when I saw it was nearly black and would not meet my needs. If I needed this dark color, I would be thrilled with it.
