Bolt-On to Hook-On Conversion Brackets is designed to attach your standard bolt-on headboard brackets to odd-sized headboards, perfect for attaching a newer metal bed frame to an older headboard that requires a hook or claw style attachment.
Adjustable: The conversion bracket is designed with multiple slots, which can be adjusted to the vertical height or width.
Measure: Height: 7-3/8", Width: 2-3/8", Depth of Hook: 1-1/4", Overall Bracket Depth: 1-3/8".
Packing included：2 brackets, 4 nuts, 4 bolts, and 4 screws. Allows easy conversion from bolt-on to hook-on brackets.

I used these to convert a full-size headboard to a queen size. They are thick and heavy. I did have to bend them a bit to make them fit, but they seem to be strong, adjustable, and a decent value for the money.

Bought for my daughter’s full size bed. She has an old bed set which takes this style the bed frame wasn’t the greatest so we bought a new bed frame and needed these to put together. Worked out perfectly and fit perfectly. Easy to install depending on your frame

All bolts and angle iron was supplied with the product. Fit perfectly and only had to drill two holes. Some bed frames came with pre drilled holes.

Perfect for what I needed. Had a foot board that I had bolted on but would often need to be adjusted. This is exactly what I needed to have the headboard and footboard properly on the frame

I had a headboard and footboard on my bed, but they were tilting in due to the rivets connecting them to the bed frame coming loose.These worked perfectly along with a new frame that I bought.
