Depending on your vehicle installation could actually be very difficult. You have to splice into or reroute your existing washer fluid lines, route it to the base of your wiper motors and then up the wiper arm to where you have mounted this. Coming up form the existing nozzle will cause problems in use with tubing getting pulled, kinked, not retracting, etc... This extra tubing is also more prone to freezing if you live in a colder climate too even with frost free wiper fluid. Once you get them in and working you'll notice another issue when you try to use them, your first squirt sprays half the fluid down on your vent/hood because the wiper is down and when it's up it sprays onto the other part of the window that depending on your wiper timing may not get wiped again. It does get more fluid out for better cleaning but better nozzles in the factory locations might have more potential.
