I regularly detail my cars and having a decent applicator for non-spray on tire shine has historically been a pain to find. I have SUV's and truck's with aggressive tires and most wipe on tire applicators struggle to get into the areas between the higher, more aggressive treads. These applicators do a solid job of forming to the tire and filling in where other applicators (typically cloth or firmer sponge-like material) just can't do the job. If you have regular road tires, then you may not need something this aggressive, but for those of us trying to wipe on tire shine on larger tread tires, these applicators work great. Recommended.
