These service bells definitely do the job for what they cost. If used right, the ring can be loud and pleasant sounding, but you have to press it directly in the middle. The material quality could be a bit better, but again, it is an affordable option. I would recommend these as a cheap option for board games and classrooms.

These look exactly like the photo. They are made up of metal and plastic. The ring is a bit inconsistent if not on a flat surface. The ring itself isn't terribly loud and it resonates pretty well, too.

I am so excited to have these small call bells. I am helping potty train my 3 year old grandson and I was told that getting a bell for the child to ring each time he/she needs to "go" is an incentive. These bells are attractive and ring loud (not too loud) and clear. I would also like to mention that they are sturdy and have a professional appearance. After success with my grandson I intend to keep the bells for use when someone is sick. Since the bells are metal, I'm sure they will last for years to come.

I am not a loud talker when easily gets a room's attention. So when leading meetings or at large gatherings, a bell can come in handy. These do the job just fine. The only metal part is the bell itself. The push-button and ringer are plastic, but they appear to be solid enough to make a good noise and return to their proper spot after being rung. So, I have no complaints. Good value.

Does as it should. Good quality materials. They are small but you can hear it in the other room.

I bought these bells to train my puppy. His mind is constantly active and needs something to do to keep him from getting bored and eating the couch. When I got the bells, I immediately glued a small piece of metal inside one of them so that they each produced a different sound when rung. One of the bells is by the patio door and my dog rings it (most of the time) when he has to go potty. The other bell sits on our coffee table and we ring it as a "Pay Attention!" tone. I am so glad I ordered these because my pup caught on quick and he has had less indoor accidents and knows he needs to be in front of us with his butt sitting down when he hears the "pay attention" sound. The bells help my household be a little less chaotic!

These little bells are surprisingly fun to use and actually come in handy more often than you'd think. The sound is clear and loud enough to get attention without being obnoxious, and the size is just right—small enough to keep on the kitchen counter or toss into a bag if you need it elsewhere. The soft top is a nice touch too; it’s comfortable to press and doesn’t feel harsh on your hand, even if you’re using it a bunch during a game night or training session. The only thing I’d say is the build feels a bit lightweight. Not a big deal, but it does shift around a bit if you hit it off-center or too quickly. Also, the bottom could use a bit more grip so it doesn’t slide on slick surfaces. That said, it still works really well and has been fun for casual use around the house.

I’ve had these small call bells for 3 days, and have been attempting to train the birds and squirrels to come for food when they hear the bell. So far, it seems one squirrel (which I can feed by hand and sometimes pet) is receptive to this signal to come eat when hearing the bell. I pamper her by providing some shelled sunflower seeds that the other creatures are getting.I think a couple of the white winged doves and one small sparrow is also on board with this signal that I’ve put out food for them. Time will tell if they are truly reacting to the bell or not.
