Can be used for so many things! I use them for flour when making sourdough bread and rolls. Also to dust coco or powdered sugar on things. Very easy to use!

I am so excited about these flour sifters! I need a sifter when I make sourdough, and I have been using a small tea strainer that you have to squeeze to open. These are so nice! All you do is pull back on the handle and it opens up, scoops the flour, and then you release it and it closes, leveling off the flour. There are two sifters in this set, one with both sides that sift, and the other one has a sifting side and a solid side. They are well made and I know that they are going to be so useful in all my baking adventures!
