Great replacement for the tailgate latches on our custom trailer. We needed to replace the latches on our trailer. The springs were rusty and one had broken. It was cheaper to buy these two latches and springs here on Amazon than to buy one spring at the trailer store. The L pins were the same size as the ones we removed and the springs fit perfectly. They seem well made with a good thick black coating. They should last a long time. It is nice to have functioning trailer pins again instead of the fencing wire hubby had wrapped around the latch to hold it in place.
