Arrived on time on a large skid containing 4 boxes. Walls in two large boxes and top, roof in the other two boxes. You will need two people to move the larger boxes. I assembled it alone in under 4 hours, but you should have two or more people (for safety and to speed up assembly time). Assembly was easy and the instructions (mostly pictures) accurate. There could have been a better explanation on the various sized screws (all in one bag), but that's just me. All plugs went in fine. Plugged it in and heated it to 144F with no issues in 15-20 minutes. Been using it every other night for over a week with no issues. Works amazing. You will certainly sweat! A little hot on the legs, but you can drape a light towel over the seat so it hangs over to be a semi blocker for the heater under the seat or just not turn the heat up all the way! Bluetooth worked flawlessly with my old ipod touch. All other functions worked too (lights, timer, etc). Not sure what the ionizer actually does, but it's on and working. Glass is thicker than anticipated which is good. Seal all around and inside is tight and will hold the heat in. I don't see any critters getting in there either. Also the door seal is tight with a nice soft door frame cushion. I don't see bugs getting in that way either. Time will tell for durability, but it's a solid unit. Smells nice and woody inside too. This thing is heavy at around 460 lbs. Website weight is not accurate. All in all a great product and a great price. I'm getting lots of complements on it!! Item purchased was the two seater version which will accommodate two average sized adults (I'm 5'6" 178lb) sitting side by side or one adult where you can even put your legs up. Better to order too large than too small! I would definitely recommend both product and dealer. You can do some research and find the manufacturer easily enough. Their website has an installation video you can watch too. Happy Sauna'ing!
