The springs appear to be good quality, however they did not fit on my 20017 Toro mower. The spring arm with the Z-bend is about 1/4" short from the hole in the handle. I used a vise grip to do a couple crimps on the last spring coil which lengthened the arm long enough to fit fine. The coil length was also longer than the original, however, that didn't seem to matter.

Does not fit. Realized someone had the exact same picture of what I’m dealing with in the reviews already. One spring arm is slightly shorter than it is supposed to be.

It was simple to install, but, where the spring hooks on is not clear and there is some trial and error. The spring itself is fine and no issues (only with installation).

I had to unwind about half a coil because the hook that goes into the handle would not go in otherwise

Easy install, replaced broken spring on handle with this one. Longer design does not affect install or function.
