Works as stated. they stay in position when driving, but easily move when washing the car. No different that similar units. I put on my vehicle and worth what I paid. Best advice is to set and then use silicone caulk squirted in behind, allow to dry, and will not move.

These mirrors are a bit small, was looking for the 3 inch version of these but could not find. The mirrors attach as advertised, and adjust as described. They stay in place very well, just wished I had found the 3 inch version, otherwise I am pleased with these.

The image quality on these mirrors is excellent. There are ambiguous directions for application. There is a clear plastic coating on the back of the mirror with a small tab that sticks out. It looks like the kind of protective cover you find on a lot of products with screens that you would remove before use. DO NOT remove that covering. It is required to remain in place for the mirror to stick. I started to remove one when I realized it was a mistake. I tried to put it back in place but it would not stick to the Sideview mirror. The other one that I didn't remove the film fastened to the Sideview mirror and has stayed in place through rain and car washes. The quality of the image and the coverage of the blindspot area are excellent.

So I haven't used it yet while driving but I installed one, it's a little big and may interfere and cover up my blind spot detection light, I mounted below it on lower outer. It's nice you just place where u want and turn it to tighten. Will see how long it lasts before falling off, I go to car wash a lot. Make sure you don't put top close to edge where your mirror can't move because of it rubbing against it

OK, so I got ahead of myself and started working with this before reading the instructions (not my finest moment or the smartest move), BUT it worked out anyway.I opened the package and started trying to remove (what I thought was) the protective film over the sticky part on the back of the mirror. I was having a really tough time trying to get it off, so I reverted to actually reading the instructions. That's when I discovered there is no "protective film" and, instead, I'd been (inadvertently) trying to remove the adhesive created to stick the new mirror to my existing side mirror.I'd never had these tiny mirrors before and wasn't even sure I'd like them. So, I decided even with a portion of the adhesive gone, I'd try to stick it on my mirror. I really didn't think it would stick at all, BUT it did! I figured it may stick for a day or two...maybe long enough for me to discover whether or not I'd like or use them. It's been weeks (of hot weather, cold weather, bumpy roads, rain, wind, and, etc.) and it's STILL holding strong! I figure any product that can withstand user error and still perform is pretty darn good! ...and yes, I've learned that I do like and use these additions to my side mirrors. So, inspite of my bad, these mirrors go above and beyond expectation.100% Recommend!
