Good replacement parts, mesh filter screen is better quality than original,gasket included in kit does not fit 2008 and up gasket is much smaller diameter on valve covers for the 2008 and up 5.4 engines which means valve covers have to be removed in order to replace these vct solenoids, otherwise good parts

I actually bought these and the motor craft set. I'd go with these rather than motorcradt. MUCH cheaper and I didn't notice a performance difference. The only thing I would say is you need to be careful with the bolt on these because it can come out of the little holder and lose it in the block. Rhe motorcraft will not come out of the holder. It's got a clip that prevents it from coming out in the block. Other than that, this was a great cheaper alternative.
