love this product, easy to install, the drain was hard to figure out to start but once I did it was nice, won't work good on a sink with raised sides, very sturdy and good quality.

No work at all. Everything is excellent. Adjustable height. Lock in screws already inside rack. Just raise it and twist & lock. You're done. No rust. It also drains rack perfectly. Awesome dish rack.

For a small family I think this rack works well, at first I was a bit concerned about the adjustable top rack holding up under the weight of being full of dishes but it’s held up, no issues so far. It’s small enough to have it on the counter close to the splash back and still have some counter space in front. My only complaint is the feet aren’t quite tall enough to get the drain spout to drain as well as it should over the top of my sink lip. I put a folded hand towel under the bottom tray and that seems to work. I also wish the glass holder was just a bit taller to more firmly hold tall glasses, for mugs, cups and 8oz glasses it’s fine.

The drain system mentioned in the product detail is completely missing and misleading, the only drain is the try below the racks.

Read many reviews and decided to go with this one to use for Christmas season when I use my Spode that must be washed by hand. I wanted something that could easily be stored without taking much space, but still be big enough to wash our families dishes each day (family of 4 with lots of friends visiting often).The draining system works well and drains majority of the water into the tray that drains directly into the sink. The drain spout is rotatable to if you want it to be on countertop in a different configuration, you can easily do that. The bottom section is tall enough for decent size pans, but not big enough for stock pan unless you were to sit it on top rack without another dishes on top.The cons (causing me to rate with 4 stars 3.5 if I could do that) are manageable items for me & my needs.#1 the glass / cup drying area is not deep enough to properly hold most glasses or far enough apart to put items together (you have to skip at least 1 to fit them on the rack & you need to take extra special care to ensure no one bumps them, because they will fall off (& potentially break). My cleaning people broke 1 & I broke another by simply accident touching them knocking them loose to their doom. I now only use this for items that are sturdier than my Spode / wine glasses. I use the lower rack to I dry them instead. I placed them on the rack to take the pictures only. Also when using this option, I recommend ensuring the glasses would drain into the sink like my configuration because the water misses the tray and would have to drip onto a drying mat or on your countertop making a mess.#2 - drying mat REQUIRED if you plan to use the cutting board hook & / or the silverware holder as they also drain outside the drain system making a mess on countertop with out one.Overall the rack is sturdy & has stayed in place once I tightened the knobs to keep the height between the top & bottom racks. And other than the cons mentioned it works very well making it easier to manage hand washing needs during holidays. NOTE: I am still using my dishwasher for all items daily that are dishwasher safe.. It would not hold and dry all the dishes for our family of 4+ visitors without continuing use of our dishwasher. Would work pretty well for an apartment without a dishwasher for bachelor/ bachelorette or maybe a couple with young children?

It is very sturdy. Among the other 2-tier ones in white that I looked at, this one was the only one that said the pounds that it holds. This one says it holds 40 lbs. My husband was concerned that some heavy plates on just one side of the top tier with nothing beneath might topple it, but no, it doesn't budge. Also the bright white color is very attractive. Will not show the calcium spots that reviews for the black ones often complained about. Cleans very easily too. Holds a LOT of dishes. It raised up very easily and the only thing to do was to tighten the screws. If you wanted it to be higher on one side, you could easily adjust the screws. The silverware attachment goes on super easily. And the price was right. We love it.
