Installation Notes
1.The water pump should be placed in the water and the water level should exceed the pump.
2.When installing the pump, please make sure that the size of the pump valve should be opened to the maximum.
3.Please make sure the water pipe cannot be bent when the installation is finished.
Use of Nebulizer
1.Please use clean tap water instead of turbid water. When the atomizer is running, do not touch the atomizer chip with your hands.
2.The atomizing chip's service life is about 3000 hours.
3.If you find that the fog is reduced, please use a cotton swab or soft surface to clean the atomizing chip.
Use of Water Pump
1.When the pump is exposed to the water, please add water to the water level above the pump in time.
2.If you find that the water output decreases, check whether the pump valve is open.

The looks and presentation is very cute, although I feel that the hight of the flowers should not be included in the measurement. It gives the impression that the vessel is 16 inches high, plus the height of the flowers. That was disappointing to me.

My child had been asking for a desktop fountain and after looking at many options, he chose this one. The rolling ball is really cool, especially since it is lit up from below. The fountain came with good instructions, which made for easy set up. The mister is really cool to watch, but results in the whole counter getting wet as the mist settles, which is a little bit of a problem since ours is sitting on a wooden bookshelf. Luckily the mister has a separate power source, so our solution is to just turn it on for a little bit and then unplug it. The fountain is well made and worth the price. The motor is not noisy and the trickling of water is a nice ambient sound. My child often turns it on before bed and falls asleep to the sound.One more comment - the picture shows what appear to be live fish in the fountain. This fountain would definitely not be a good long term home for fish. As a fish owner, this is pretty obvious and I told my kid going in that we would not actually be able to put fish inside, but if you didn't know much about fish, the picture might be deceiving.

***UPDATE 2/19/24: The second fountain shipped to me now has a leak as well where the cheap ass seal is around the glass. So beyond frustrated with this.11/16/23: Upon messaging the seller, they were quick to respond and handle the situation. They sent my replacement. It looks a little less prestine than the first to be honest, but it works great! They may have forgotten the tree part, but I was able to take the one off the defective previous fountain. So now it's complete. :)11/8/23: I literally just set this fountain up on my desk and then immediately had a lake of leaking water on my desk. This is not okay. This is something that should be tested before shipment. I now have fish arriving in the mail today and nothing to put them in. I'm pissed. 11/13/23: And then on top of that, it takes them forever just to send a replacement because they don't tell you upfront that you have to return the product before they can ship the replacement. That's not usually how Amazon returns work. Products are supposed to be sent in good faith that the damaged product gets returned by the return date. This is absurd.

Nice little water feature if used without the fog atomizer. The atomizer is a very cool feature but I can't keep it from spitting mist/water no matter how much I adjust the water level. Solution anyone? As I write this review I'd probably have not purchased due to the price. And because of the spitting water and secondly very disappointed in the plastic plants; they are pretty cheap looking. But if you can get past the negatives it is just okay.

very beautiful desktop fountain. The only trouble when I assemble is hard to put the pump inside the fountain. But after a few trials I did put the pump in.
