These are smaller than a standard cord lock - the perfect size for adding some lightweight fasteners to the ends of a backpacking tarp. Unfortunately, the advertised 20 pack arrived with only 12 inside.

I use these to hold 2mm elastic on masks. As indicated in the listing these are tiny/mini toggles, not standard larger sized, the hole in these is also tiny and work fine for 2mm or smaller cording when threading 2 cords through it, for a single cord nothing larger than 3 or 4mm will fit.
