The handle will not come all the way down you have already sent me a replacement but the label says 9/27/24 the person who brought it put the label under the mat out side my office I just happened to look down barley seeing it but the date had past it was for the 27th of September I didn't see it until the 28th so cani still send the package with that label there is no way to get in touch with you all

21DEC2024: First, I was chasing price and for what you get, you can't beat it and the switch gear quality appears to be just fine; so yes, I would definitely buy it again and recommend it so long as you fix the below. However, two big things needs to be improved or plan to adjust them if you plan to run 200A service with this. I'm using this switch to allow me to switch between utility power and my solar system.The bad:1. The grounding bar had too much copper removed, and two of the three larger positions were also used to mount this bar to the box without a good bond to the box itself; would not take 35in-lbs for #8 solid grounding wire and literally broke. I ended up using the bar, one position, getting rid of some paint on the box, and verifying good ground with my main panel tying multiple panels and all together.2. The neutral bar only had two positions...vs three needed to tie the two incoming and one outgoing neutrals together. The two postions would not hold 3x 3/0 copper wires (200a)... I ended up using a 3-position, insulated splice to serve this function (also bought here on amazon).

This 200 amp generator transfer switch is really well made. The box is very durable and the lid is thick and it is lockable. There are several entry and exit locations for wiring. The box has three positions for utility, off and generator power. This manual throw box will safely transfer power with no issue of back feeding.
