I've taken to purchasing larger cuts of meat, primals as I understand them to be called, and butchering them into steaks myself, not too hard and saves money. Packing these bags with the steaks and sealing the bags is quick and convenient and saves quite a bit of time when you don't have to make your own bag from the roll of material. Well worth it.

This size is perfect for two. I buy rice in 25lb bags and put 3 cups in each bag and seal them up. No bugs this way. I can just cut them open perfect.

These work just as well as the brand name ones for a fraction of the price. Very easy to use since they are already portioned. Seal well and keep things sealed in the freezer for many months.

Bags seem to work great. The large size is so much easier to use when placing items inside and you get less meat juice etc on opening that has to be sealed. Would recommend these.

I've been vacuum sealing a lot lately. Ran out of the bags I had and went looking for replacement. These were affordable, very fair price. The thing is, THEY WORK! I had no issues with them not sealing and that's just want I needed. I just recently bought the bigger width rolls to seal my roasts which are a bit bigger than these bags. I would buy these again!

So far, they have performed perfectly. Actually better than the Food Saver brand. I especially like that one side is completely clear so you can label it with masking tape and see what's in there. I will buy more.

I have a mid to low range Food Saver Vacuum sealer. I used it last year to vacuum pack deer meat, and found that about 1 in 4 bags did not seal well. I was using the Food Saved branded bags, and just was not happy with the results.So, this year I tried these bags, and I have to say that I am very pleased with the results. We packaged 20 bags of meat last night, and had only 2 or 3 bags that did not seal well. For the money, and the quality, I don't think you can go wrong with these bags.NOTE: When sealing, put the rough side down. That seems to help give it a better seal.
