I have this inverter on a DIY li-ion pack, which itself can deliver around 300a. I've used this inverter on a 12v outlet, and at around 800w it seems to already get extremely warm. This is indoors, with climate control. Otherwise it seems to power 120v appliances just fine.

This is my first pure sine wave converter and I am very happy with it. It arrived neatly packaged and in mint condition. I love the feel of it, the build quality suggests its very sturdy, robust, and should last a long time. It is bulkier than some items I've seen when shopping in person, but I'll attribute this to its performance and hopefully long life. The included accessories and instructions are everything you need to get this up and running in no time. Once connected and powered on, the display is nice and clear, and the fans run smoothly to keep the unit cool. 1500 W is more powerful than I need right now, which is primarily to run portable refrigerators, but the extra outlets are nice for smaller electronics as well, lending it versatility. I think its a great value and I'm very happy with it.

Product Review: 1500W Pure Sine Wave Inverter 12V DC to 110V/120V AC for Truck/RV/Home/Solar System, 3000W Peak Power Inverter with Remote Control, 2 AC Sockets, 5V/3.4A USB Port, LED Display for Vehicles/CarRating: 4.5/5 StarsPrice Point: $110Pros:Pure Sine Wave Output:One of the standout features of this inverter is its pure sine wave output. This is particularly important for sensitive electronics like laptops, smartphones, and medical devices, as it ensures a clean and stable power supply, which can help extend the lifespan of these devices. It's a significant upgrade from modified sine wave inverters, which can sometimes cause issues with certain electronics.Power Capabilities:The inverter is rated at 1500W continuous power with a peak power of 3000W. This is more than enough for most household and vehicle applications. It can handle a wide range of devices, from small appliances to larger power tools and even small air conditioners, making it a versatile addition to your truck, RV, or home solar system.Build Quality:The inverter feels robust and well-made, both in its construction and weight. This is a reassuring sign, especially for a product that will be subjected to various environments, including the vibrations and temperature changes in a vehicle or RV. The sturdy design suggests it will last a long time with proper use.User-Friendly Features:The LED display is a handy feature for monitoring the battery health and the inverter's performance. It provides real-time information on voltage and any potential issues, which is crucial for maintaining the health of your battery and ensuring the inverter is functioning correctly. The inclusion of a remote control is a significant plus. It allows you to manage the inverter from a distance, which is especially useful in larger vehicles or setups where the inverter might be installed in an inconvenient location.Versatile Connections:The inverter comes equipped with 2 AC sockets and a 5V/3.4A USB port. This variety of outlets means you can power multiple devices simultaneously, from traditional AC appliances to USB-powered gadgets like smartphones and tablets.Cons:Size and Weight:While the build quality is excellent, the inverter's size and weight might be a drawback for some users. It's a bit bulkier than some of its competitors, which could make installation in tight spaces a challenge. However, this is often a trade-off for the high-quality construction and robust power output.Limited Remote Control Range:The remote control is convenient but might have a limited range, depending on the installation location. Some users have reported that the remote works best when within a few feet of the inverter. If you plan to use it in a larger vehicle or need to control it from a distance, this could be a minor inconvenience.Lack of USB outlets : it only has one USB outlet, it would be nice if it had a few more, it certainly has the power capacity and size.Overall Impression:This 1500W pure sine wave inverter is a solid choice for anyone looking to power their electronics in a truck, RV, or home solar system. The pure sine wave output ensures compatibility and longevity for sensitive devices, and the 3000W peak power capability provides plenty of room for handling a variety of loads. The build quality is top-notch, and the LED display and remote control add valuable convenience. Despite its size and weight, which might be a consideration for some, the overall value and performance make this inverter a great deal at $110. It has been working well so far, and I am confident it will continue to do so for a long time.Recommendation: If you need a reliable and high-quality inverter that can handle a range of devices and environments, this 1500W pure sine wave inverter is a strong contender. It's a bit heavier than some alternatives, but the benefits of pure sine wave output and robust construction make it worth the extra space and weight. Highly recommended for those who prioritize performance and longevity.

Pure sine output at 1200 W. I ordered this in the event of a power outage, which happens frequently in our area. The longest outage was five days after a hurricane. Recently, we had an outage that was a little over 24 hours, and this 1200 W inverter kept my laptop working, my desk lights on, and charged my phone. I had internet on my phone, so I could do research, but my laptop let me continue writing for work. I have a gas-powered generator that kept my freezer and refrigerator running, and I used this inverter twice to run my small air fryer to make food. I have a fan that runs on a battery and solar power, so I have my white noise when I sleep. My woodstove kept my small house warm. If the outage were longer, I would be able to charge the inverter using power from my generator. This inverter wonโt power larger appliances, but 1200 W made life a lot easier. I will be taking this inverter on a two-day camping trip in a few weeks. It works smoothly, and I forgot I didnโt have electricity a few times.

This pure sine wave inverter is exactly what I was looking for to add to my SUV. We go on long trips frequently. During those trip we routinely find a need for 120vac power, either for a small refrigerator/freezer to transport food and my wife's insulin or just to power our electronics. It never fails. With this pure sine wave inverter, we'll be able to use it for both with power to spare. It'll fit under the hood and I'll be able to extend a power cord into the cabin with very little effort.Pros:1) Look good. Will not be an eye sore under the hood of the car.2) It comes with cables and everything you need in order to hook it up, (you provide your own external, 120v wiring and mounting hardware).3) It has enough power (on paper) to provide 16amps of power to your loads.4) For a pure sine wave inverter, the price is reasonable. This would also work as a power outage backup for home use if you had a battery to power it. In theory, it should be able to keep a freezer/refrigerator running and in reality, it would provide enough power for several lights. For me, it's exactly what I needed for a project of mine and we'll get a lot of use out of it. I'd definitely recommend it to family and friends at this point in time. Once it's up and running I'll update this review with performance observations.
