This UV lamp was put into service in April 2022. It began failing in late September. I replaced it today and found that the lamp terminus was fried. There was no damage, luckily, to the lamp casing connection and the new bulb from a different Amazon retailer lit right up. I would not recommend this product for any use. As well, the bulb I bought here on Amazon has a 1-year warranty and the price was over 25% cheaper.

Purchased in April of 2021 and it burned out in September. I purchased a replacement - hopefully this one will last longer. When it did work, it worked well.
