So, it’s a well known fact that the Rivian wireless charging pad is awful. It does charge your phone, if you take off your case (at least in the case of my iPhone) but your phone slides all around making it virtually useless.I removed the rubber cover supplied by Rivian and installed this one. I was able to a whole 25 minute drive doing turns, speed bumps and other things. My phone stayed! Charged the entire time. I know this because I have a CarPlay monitor so I can see on the screen if the phone is charging.Still had to have the case off though so it is only a slight improvement. In a 24 minute drive I only gained about 20% too so it is very slow. Fair amount of heat waste too, but the phone did not overheat or anything.
