I’m liking this. My pet peeves are that it “ walks” while you are using it. It is not user friendly as far as resetting the speed. I’m hoping the longer I use it the easier it gets. I like that I can watch tv and if you get to involved in your program that it keeps moving you. I have a bad knee but it doesn’t seem to aggravate it.

How many times I have sat too long immobile and have gotten stiff? Well, this machine fixes that problem!!It fits under a desk (or next to a chair or sofa). You place your feet on the two foot petals and turn it on. You can adjust speed, time etc. and the machine does the rest! Like a treadmill, this machine has a built-in motor that moves the foot pedals for you. You can even have it go in reverse. Because the motor moves your feet and legs, you don't need to manually move the petals and get distracted. It's so easy while sitting, and working on something or just watching TV, the machine keeps my feet and legs moving. I no longer feel stiff and feel refreshed after sitting for longer periods of time, thanks to this machine!I highly recomend it to anyone who needs to sit for long periods of time and would like to get some exercise. Because it's super quiet, you can easily use it in an office environment without disturbing your office mates. Seniors will enjoy having their feet and legs exercised while sitting. For certain post surgery exercises, this is a good option to help you in your healing process. It's also reasonably priced and seems to be of excellent quality. Give it a try- I think you'll enjoy it as much as I do!

Got this for my wife to used under her desk, as she works from home, and she loves it! She started using it without plugging it in and it's great to know that it works that way too! It's comfortable with a good range of motion and controllable speed. Keep in mind that this does not provide resistance, it works instead by setting a higher speed, which is fine and will provide more of a cardio workout - which is great for getting the blood pumping, with minimal stress on joints.

This isn't what I expected. I was hoping for an under desk elliptical that I can use for light exercise, but this seems more like a rehab device. There is no resistance and the elliptical moves on its own, vs you pedaling like a regular elliptical. For what it is though, it works well. It has 16 different speeds as well as 16 modes. It keeps track of time, distance, calories, etc. and is pretty quiet while using. It also has a remote that can control it, but I've had trouble getting it to work. It has to be pointed at the device at just the right angle for it to register, which is a pain since it's under a desk. I'm sure this would be great for rehab or increasing circulation, but not necessarily for exercise.

I got this to use while I'm working. I've also been sick for the past week and as I'm starting to feel better my legs have felt like I have restless leg syndrome. I've been using this while watching TV to help with the feeling of the need to constantly move my legs.PROS- Very quiet. Like, incredibly quiet. If you use this while on a conference call, they won't hear you. It also won't require you to turn your TV up while using it or annoy anyone else in the room with you.- Has been great for dealing with my restless leg syndrome feeling legs after being sick.- The display shows you minutes, calories, time, speed, distance, and counter (which I think is how many rotations you've made).- The only setup is plugging in the power cord. It's really that simple. It's very easy to move around.CONS- This is advertised as an elliptical but since you can only use it while sitting it's more like a pedaling machine. I don't care either way because it's helping me move more.- The hardest part about getting this setup was removing the protective film from the screen.- It sometimes makes a clicking noise while using it and I can't figure out what causes it. Sometimes it will start mid-use and stop mid-use. I updated this review on 04/21/2025 to remove one star from my rating because. the clicking is really annoying.- The elastic foot straps slide on and off vs being stationary and attached to the pedals.RECOMMENDATION: 10/10

Zero noise, self propelling, easy to stand on or use while sitting down for physical therapy. I got it for my mom who had major surgery in her leg and lost a lot of muscle and movement and this will aide her at home like she uses at physical therapy every week. The only complain I have is that you can't adjust the resistance like most stair steppers.. It has multiple speeds or levels, but you can't increase the resistance to really burn those muscles. this is specifically movement forward or backward with no adjustments to intensity level. just speed.

Saw on tv with my dad, and he had been wanting one of these. So we went for it. It is well made, sturdy, easy to use. It helps with circulation in his legs while he watches every episode of “GUN SMOKE” ever made. He sits down and is able to comfortably use without awkward sitting posture. The machine does help move the elliptical which is great for the extra little push to get moving. My dad wears a size 14us shoe and his entire foot was able to fit on the steps. Lots of different modes and functions and pre programed selections. It also does REVERSE cycling which is an added bonus. The remote seems easy to use, but my dad can barely use a tv remote. You have the option of manually turning on and changing speed on the top of machine. Almost silent . The only thing, is the power cord may be too short to reach available power outlets. Nothing an extension cord can’t fix, but still extremely satisfied.
