I put my down jacket in the garment bag, and there's plenty of room for more. I like the way the 2 compression zippers meet up at the top - right up to the hanger - keeping dust out of the bag. I also like that it's easy to see what's in the bag without having to open it (like my other garment bags).

I ordered this to help reduce winter coat bulk in my closet. I was surprised by how satiny the fabric feels. It’s got zippers that allow you to compress the coats inside by zipping them up. I placed 3 of my bulky winter coats (including a huge goose down coat) in this and was able to zip it up. It did help compress the bulk of the 3 coats quite a bit. I really had to smoosh the coats down but I got there in the end. The bag zips all the way up to the hook on the coat hanger(s). The coats are totally covered and protected from dust. This has worked very well for me so far.

This garment bag offers protection for any clothing items that you need. I put my thick winter coat and a dress inside it with a bit of room left to spare, so it is a nice size, but I would go up a size for more space. It has a small opening at the top for the hangers to come through and extra zips on the sides to decompress the bag or increase it if needed. I think this is a good item for what I need it for, which is to protect my coat.

While this bag is sold as a compression closet storage bag, you may want to just use it to protect off-season clothes in your closet. I currently have a dozen large dress shirts (6 per hanger), and there is probably room for another 4, so 16 dress shirts in all. From there, you could zip the compression zipper, but if you have the space, maybe let your clothes breathe a little. The bag is silky and has a view window that is a nice feature. The top has a cross over fold to minimize how much access pests have to get to your clothes. Great find!

This is an awesome garment bag that is made form a soft polyester fabric. I got the beige bag in the extra large size, 51.18"L x 22.83"W x 5.9"H. I have this giant puffer coat my partner uses at work in sub zero temperatures. But in the summer, it's not that cold in his warehouse, and he can wear a normal coat. So, I need to put that huge, fluffy coat away. I's so big it's literally hanging in the front of my front door closet since it won't fit inside! I am using this compression garment bag to get that ridiculous coat under control! I have to send it to the dry cleaners first and then I will take before and after pictures to post here. Judging by the feel of the material and construction, I can see this is definitely going to be the answer to my coat storage problem! YES! Highly recommended!

This garment bag helped clear out a ton of space in my closet. The compression zipper works way better than I expected—no vacuum needed. It's especially useful for big puffy winter coats that usually take up too much room. If you're looking to tidy up your closet without a lot of hassle, this is a good option.

This satin garment bag is really nice — definitely not what I expected, but in a good way. From the photos, I actually thought it was going to be made of thick plastic, but it’s not. It’s a soft satin material, and honestly, it looks and feels much more upscale. It’s large enough to hold multiple dresses or coats & sweaters. I’m using mine to store my nicer dresses, and it’s hanging neatly in my closet. The zipper is good quality, the stitching looks solid, and the self-compression design is a great touch — it really does save space, especially for bulky coats.I also love the pink color — it adds a little something to my closet instead of just another plain storage bag. It feels durable and keeps everything protected from dust and moisture. The price for one is fair, but the 3-pack is definitely a better deal. I’m planning to grab more, especially to store my wool pieces. Overall, I feel as if this is a really useful and stylish addition to my closet setup.

The “blue” color is more of a cool toned mid grey, and the fabric has a satin finish on the outside that I wasn’t expecting. The seams are decent, not amazing, but good enough. The zippers are likely the weak point - the pulls are on the small side and there’s no branding I can see, so I won’t be overstuffing this bag as I’m not sure how they would hold up.The main closure zipper has 1 zipper pull, and starts roughly 3/4 of the way down the right side, closes up over the top, and ends just under the plastic window (halfway down the left side.) The compression zipper has 2 zipper pulls, starting at either end near the bottom, and coming up to meet at the top (so you can leave the hanger hook out with the bag compressed, or pull the zipper all the way around to fully close the bag and compress it at once.)I don’t have a proper coat closet, but rather a 6” hook in my entry which holds my coats. I decided to order this to hold my coats inside off season - it holds nearly all my most-worn coats, helps compress the footprint, and keeps them dust free until the weather gets cool again. In all, this compression garment bag is a good budget buy (particularly if you get it on sale,) but I’m not sure the zippers are high enough quality to trust for heavy compression or long term use. I wouldn’t travel with this - it’s definitely better for home use, off-season garment storage, or possibly car travel at most.
