I ordered one of these and the original order did not come with the clips. I contacted the company and they exchanged it out and sent me a new one that included the clips. It was a very easy process and I am happy to now have the panels that I can use. I have them in my model 3 which is not tinted so I wanted something that would reduce the heat a bit as the temperatures get into the 120's where I live. The material is sturdy and the fit was perfect on the glass. I did not notice a huge difference in heat retention this winter, but I do think it is going to make a difference during the summer to keep the car cooler. I am very pleased with my order!
