I wasn't sure from the web listings exactly how this fit, but it's easy: the leading/front edge is just under the light bar, and the trailing/back edge is just over/past the gray cloth dash cover. It extends from the corners of those where they curve around and intersect by the edge of the doors.The windshield of the Model 3 is sloped very deep, so there is a lot of area on top of the dash that can have outside light shine down on it. In full sun this leaves a big reflection on the back of the windshield. With this cover on, that reflection is significantly reduced. Plus it is easy to remove and wash. Perhaps one day they'll make one that goes above the light bar all the way to the glass of the windshield.Happy!

It's material is similar to mouse pads ie. neoprene with fabric one side and a rubberized coating on the other. It's cut to cover the crescent shaped dash to the edge of the carbon trim. I wiped my dash down with an alcohol wipe and laid the cover on. The rubberized texture keeps the cover planted. I wanted to get a cover to reduce glare and the number of cracked dashes I've had in the past, well let's just say its cheap insurance. I like it, it's simple and does the job.

For $20, this is a sweet buy. I really needed the antiglare and the extra perk of having a grippy surface is an amazing upgrade!

I had another dashboard cover for my Tesla Y, but it kept slipping off despite a bumpy textured bottom. I even resorted to using double-sided tape, but under some hotter weather, this would just melt and spread the adhesive gunk everywhere. So I figured I'd try my hand with another dashboard cover, and I'm really glad that I did. I'm very impressed with the scattered diamond pattern along the bottom of this dashboard cover. It stays in place VERY well, almost as if it was self-sticking to the dash. The top feel very nice and looks quality. My only disappointment is it doesn't include a logo or TESLA on it like my previous one did.

This is my review of: 2024 Newest Tesla Model 3/Y Leather Dashboard Cover, ASIN: B0DFXVMMN4This is a pretty nice dashboard cover. I decided to order this dashboard cover to replace a slightly more fabricy thicker looking fuzzier version. That mat had a hard time staying in place, but I'd easily solved that with some double-sided tape. My reason for wanting a mat on the dashboard at all, is largely that I don't want to see dust and debris on the dashboard. A mat can help mask that.This map promises to be made of leather, and have a non-slip background. I'm not too sure on the leather part, because if it is truly leather, it's very much bound to some other backing stuff that ends up being a rubberized back. But, it could be, I'm no leathersmith.The mat comes in a nice little bag that you'll instantly be able to repurpose for something else. You simply unroll the mat and put it on the dashboard. Thankfully, it fits perfectly, and doesn't feel like it's going to slide around. And it does have a premium feel, and seems well-made. But, similar to that other cheaper more fabricy mat I mentioned earlier, this one seems to be slightly off on the black color. There is a slight greenish tint to the black in sunlight, whereas the black of the Tesla dash seems perhaps a bit more reddish. This is obviously fairly picky, but I kind of want my dash mat to perfectly blend into the car, and not look like a third party product. Also, upon first installation, since this mat is less fuzzy, I saw a lot of lint or stuff on the top that I needed to wipe down.I think this mat is an improvement over my old one, and I'm going to keep it in place. It is a quality product, but I feel the color matching could be better, and I'm still not convinced it is leather.
