I have the older Miller 211 autoset mvp. This wheel is correct dimensionally, but wouldn’t fit the drive. The original has a recess machined on each side, this replacement doesn’t. The shaft has a roll pin in it that makes it non-adjustable. I machined this replacement to make it work as the original. Just look closely at your original before ordering.

Fits the Millermatic 141 I ordered it for and seems to function like the OEM. Will not work with the new style 3-pin feed motors.

Got this to use to convert my Miller 175 to a dedicated flux core gasless welder that I use outdoors where windy conditions effect welding. Fit perfectly and pushes wire as intended. I can highly recommend.

I have a miller auto arc 185 xlt and am using flux core wire, so needed this roller. Works fine but for some reason it would not go on the shaft of the wire drive.I had to take my dremel with a round solid grind wheel and slightly go inside and Rheem that out a tiny bit. Don't know if it had a defect of it was slight out of round. It didn't take much but afterwards went on no problem.

Works just right. Should have bought 10 years ago; it's a must if your welding with flux core. I recommend Yes welder wire if you can wait for delivery.
