This scope is solid, and has some weight. Power and focus knobs work very well. Hunting caves and old mines in the Caballo and Organ mountains of New Mexico is a breeze. The eye piece is large and makes viewing a pleasure. I would recommend this scope.

This scope is bigger than I expected and has better magnification than I anticipated. I took these moon pics using the phone adapter that comes with it. The tripod is pretty short so you need a taller surface to set it on. I might try mounting it on my camcorder tripod next time. It’s super easy to use. Just focus the lense to your vision and view or attach the phone adapter to take pictures of amazing objects like celestial bodies or birds.

The spotting scope has pretty decent clarity and magnification for the cost. Adjustments are easy and the tripod works well for a stable view.Works well for a low cost scope.

Everything about this scope functions very well from the focus to the zoom in as well as the eye relief. The viewing clarity is super sharp and as good as the top brands. There is also a sunshade built in where you can extend the shade out from the main body. Nice features to have in a spotting scope with the bells and whistles. It does come with a quality made phone mount as well. Attaching it is fairly simple and understandable. Again, the scope is really worth the money. The two things that I didn't like about the spotting scope is that the tripod it came with is a bit flimsy. Half tubed sheet metal as the legs won't fly with me as for quality tripods. As I opened up the tripod, the edges of the legs are a bit on the sharp side. There is no function on the tripod to be raised or lowered but you can pan it side to side and up and down easily. The handle on the tripod is pretty cheap as well. Lastly when you zoom in and focus, I didn't like the fact that if you zoom out, you'll have to refocus again. When you're zoomed out but then you want to zoom in, you'll have to refocus again. It gets annoying if you constantly do that at the range or some sporting event. At the end of the day, I'd ditch the tripod and get a better one that doesn't feel flimsy. As for the focusing and refocusing part, I can adapt to it. I know it's annoying but everything else about the spotting scope is really good.

I frequently go to the range and bring my own spotter scope is so much better than using the rental they provide. Since its my own equipment I get to known my gear and know what the limits are. For 100, 200, and 300 targets it can clearly see my target and see where i hit. I find that with with 500 and 1000 targets get somewhat distorted as I am maxing out the magniication and you cannot see in detail what I am hitting. I am guessing and filling the blanks of what I hit but for the average spotter scope I think I found my jem.

It works well. It’s great for the range and hunting as well. The image is really clear and it zooms in the target or animal even at 200 yards (the farthest I’ve been able to use it so far) like you were standing right in front of it. If you need a spotting scope but don’t want to break the bank I would recommend this one.

Made well with a rubberized outside material. Crystal clear optics. Magnification and the focus adjustment work great. This works asGood as my sons high end spotting scope at a fraction of the cost. Comes with lens covers, table tripod, and a phone adapter to snaps pics of what your looking at. Wonderful spotting scope.
