It was really simple to switch over to these cartridges. I was a bit worried about the compatibility when I purchased the 4 pack of cartridges, but was prepared for the worst case scenario where it didn't work, I couldn't return them and lost the purchase price. That would set me back $117.59. But, since the OEM 4 pack was $340.56, if it worked it would save me at $222.97. I followed the installation instructions and everything went smoothly.While there could be some efficiency (pages printed per cartridge) differences between OEM and non-OEM products, the efficiency would have to be truly terrible (like 1/3 as efficient as OEM cartridges) and even then it would just be break-even.

While the delivery was delayed for some reason, Amazon kept me advised. The cartridges were just as ordered and arrived just in time.

I feel sorry cause I don’t like to give bad reveal but out the cartridge is in the middle and the black ink. It’s not working anymore. And I wish someone will read this and contact me to replace that black ink. The seller contacted me and he sent another cartridge and my problem was solved quick and I’ll give them a second chance for sure very responsible.

I had never used non-HP toner cartridges before, being afraid they would not work due to HP's monopolistic attempt to force us all to buy their overpriced wares.A full set of HP cartridges costs more than the printer itself, so I finally took the plunge and bought these, and they worked perfectly with no problems.There were clear, easy-to-follow instructions on how to protect against HP uploading a new version of firmware that might disable the non-HP cartridges in the future. WARNING: do this as soon as you receive the cartridges. Don't wait weeks or months until you need to install them!A good, solid product for a good, fair price. Do your bit to break HP of its nasty, anticompetitive habits.

I was hesitant to use non-HP toner cartridges. However, considering a full set of HP cartridges can cost more than the printer itself, I decided to take the plunge with these alternatives. Gladly, they worked flawlessly. The prints are clear and vibrant, just like the original HP toner.The instructions were clear and straightforward, guiding me on how to protect against potential future firmware updates from HP that might disable non-HP cartridges. A word of caution: follow these instructions immediately upon receiving the cartridges to avoid any future inconvenience.This toner is a good, cost-effective option that doesn't compromise on quality. It's a wise choice for those looking to avoid overpriced, anti-competitive products. I will definitely buy this toner again.

First the pros:Extremely easy to installFits perfectlyCheapPhenomenal customer service. They literally did everything plus went above and beyond to satisfy me.Con: If hex codes aren’t important to your work, or exact color match this is great. If color is important to you because you use this for design work, flyers, business etc, DO NOT BUY THIS. Not only will the colors not match the previous toner (which is ok it’s cheaper) they colors won’t even be close to the colors on your screen. Read and pinks look orange, gray come out green, and more. If that’s not important to you, or you don’t notice color, you won’t notice, but I make flyers and print out logos that have to match exactly, so it doesn’t work for me.Solid 4 because it’s worth it if you aren’t worried about color match.

The seller saw my review and responded immediately by asking for a photo of the error I was receiving. They diagnosed that the firmware I had was not covered by the chip on the cartridges I received. They immediately sent me new cartridges which I have installed and work perfectly. I highly recommend a product/seller who stand behind their product and make sure you get value.Product appears to be of high quality. HP printers have chips on the cartridges to ensure they are HP genuine products. These cartridges come with a tutorial to set up your printer so that it will allow them to work. It doesn't work and to be fair it could be due to my printer going through firmware upgrades. Research showed me that you might be able to find the original firmware and get these to work, but that is a lot of trouble to go through. There is zero information on the packaging or inserts identifying how to get support from the provider. This fact suggests they know this is a problem and hope you keep them long enough to not be able to return them. I found a website and put in a support request and never heard from them. Now I've had to purchase genuine HP cartridges. This has been a very disappointing experience. If you give them a try after reading this review, make sure to install them right away so that you can return them if they don't work.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!i purchased four color toner cartridges from S-SMARTOMNI for my brand-new printer for $139.99. After printing approximately 90 copies, the quality of the copies began to deteriorate. Their customer service rep was very helpful and sent a replacement black cartridge that slightly improved the quality but not for long. After another 50 or so copies, my printer indicated the Cyan cartridge was very low. Again, the quality of the copies began to deteriorate. The customer service rep kindly sent another replacement but by that time the other two cartridges were very low.So, after printing about 150 copies, for which i paid $139.99, i was told to purchase another four cartridges! Sorry, but i can get a better deal at Office Depot for 62 cents per copy. Exorbitant, yes, but not as bad a deal as the one i made with S-SMARTOMNI, whose products are clearly defective and DO NOT PERFORM AS ADVERTISED.This is easily one of the worst transactions I've ever made. There are lots of companies out there selling toner cartridges and S-SMARTOMNI is to be avoided like the plague.
