This grill is well-made. The chains are good. The rack holds the food without bowing. It's a fair price. I would repurchase it.

I bought this 20-inch cooking grate for my fire pit, and it’s been a great addition to my outdoor cooking setup. The size is perfect for grilling a decent amount of food, and it fits easily on my fire pit without any wobbling. The cooking surface is sturdy and holds pans well. Cleaning it is a bit of a hassle, but it’s manageable. Overall, it’s a solid, durable grate that enhances the fire pit cooking experience.

This is a great grill solution. It's made of reasonably stout material, and should last for years, but the price tag seems pretty steep for what you're actually getting. I mean... at what they're charging for this, you're halfway to a complete Weber grill...

This review is for the 20-Inch Large Cooking Grill Basket with Chain for Outdoor Campfire Swing Grill.I've wanted one of these for a long time and I love it! A new tool to add to my cave woman cooking arsenal! LOL! So now I need to decide if I'm making a tripod pole to hang it from or a bat with 4 legs, Leaning toward the wider pole with 4 legs setup so I can hang more than just this on it, and since I'll be using it here at home I don't need to worry about the weight, moving it...I'll get some good metal pipe at one of the big box home stores and just use pipe connections to make it and paint it black. That way I'll know it's sturdy and can handle the weight of my cast iron cookware.I like the raised edge around this to keep meat from sliding off when you go to turn it. This seems nice and sturdy. I do wish it was bigger, but I have another stainless steel cooking grate I can set up with chains too from an old firepit, funny the grate outlasted the firepit LOL.This is lightweight and versatile enough to pack for camping/RV'ing too. If you have limited space or live in an apartment/balcony use... you could use a raised self contained firepit and hang this over it to use with charcoal.This is also a great way to make sure you have a backup way to cook for when the power goes out.Regular price $ 46.99 per the listing which I find too high a pricepoint, but there's a 30% off coupon which I think makes it a good buy. But as I always say watch for a sale/coupon, browse listings...As always I only do honest reviews and update if neeeded. I hope this helps you make the best choices how to spend your $.

Finally found the perfect replacement for my grill that is starting to fall apart. This comes with heavy-duty chain, and feels well balanced. Outer rail helps protect from food rolling off the edge. Grate is large enough gauge to last a long time, but small enough to not be too heavy.

Good grill basket/grill top for campfire cooking heating. It is not very deep - perhaps the sides are 1 inch tall, but they do serve to keep stuff (pans, food, kettles) from sliding off the edge. Great for a tripod system over the fire provided things are centered or balanced or not very heavy to prevent tipping or tilting of the grill top. Nice size and comes with chains so you just need to get your campfire tripod to get cooking, so to speak. Good value.

This hanging grill basket with a 3 point hook suspension chain provides a 20 inch diameter grilling space with a raised edge around the perimeter. I like the raised edge that gives it the “basket” designation where it keeps loose foods from falling or rolling off of the grilling surface. It also increases the structure integrity and strength of the grill, nice design!The Stainless Steel grill is of a Medium weight for grilling as there are heavier weighted grill platforms available for certain. Now, the chain and hooks are of a matching weight but, I’m not sure if they are SS because the description mentions SS wires without including them.This system makes outdoor grilling unusually fun where it can be setup over a tripod cooking stand or from a swing-away type frame assembly of various sorts.The 3-point chain suspension system can be adjusted during use for raising or for lowering as needed over a hot bed of coals giving you control over the cooking temperature. An additional hook along with an overhead suspension frame would be needed in any set up for a custom grill depending on how you choose to work it.Very nice and capable hanging grill "basket" ready for your custom setup!
