I've tried a few other microfiber cloths and some shed when cleaning. These are super clean and don't flake or leave any residue on the surface.

I've tried many different microfiber cleaning cloths and I can tell you they absolutely are not all the same. Most of the ones I've use will do an excellent job cleaning without any smudges leftover for the first 2-3 cleanings and then the performance drops off. My glasses cost $850 and I just can't afford to use anything on them but the best. I finally ran across the ColorYourLife cloths and they are 2 levels above anything else I've tried.
