This is a set of 15 oblong tablet-shaped magnetic stirrers for chemistry applications. Placed in the bottom of a beaker or Erhlenmeyer flask, these spin on a magnetic stirplate and keep a solution in suspension while it's being heated. These magnetic stirrers are rounded on the ends, flat on the sides, and are teflon coated to prevent corrosion from reagents.For oyster mushroom growing, I use them in the bottoms of my mushroom liquid mycelium culture flasks to resuspend and break up liquid mycelium cultures before transferring to growth media. They work great.
