I like these black photo frames, but make sure your photos have borders around the main photo you want to display. The frames hold 4x6 photos but only about 3 1/8" X 4 1/2" of the picture shows. Otherwise people or objects will get cut off. Thankfully I printed extra photos for the display I am planning and was able to find enough photos that look ok in the frames. I plan on using these for a photo display at my brother's birthday party.

I ordered these to use for some of my artwork (watercolor/colored pencil/marker). I've used some to string up a display behind my travel desk (hung with washi tape). I've also mailed some as a simple inner card envelope that reveals a message on the back of the art piece while I mail it and then can be used to frame the artwork on the reverse side. And of course one of them is being used as a frame while I'm sketching the composition to make sure I don't place my artwork too far off center or make it too large.The paper isn't super thick, so these will tear fairly easily if not handled with a modicum of care when inserting artwork, but it does the job. The twine and clothespins are pretty standard, and make it easy to create a quick display that can be put up very quickly and pack in a small space. The finished garland would be ideal for a dorm room or frequent traveler, or for a very quick-setup surprise party.
